First Steps
Accessing Your Ciklik Account
Section titled “Accessing Your Ciklik Account”Log in to your Ciklik account with your credentials using the link below:
If multiple people need access to the site, you can add an administrator to your site.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to access your Ciklik account to protect your data.
- To do this, install Google Authenticator on your smartphone and open the application.
- Log in to your Ciklik account and select 2-factor authentication at the bottom of the left column, then click to generate a QR code.
- Scan this QR code with your smartphone.
The two-factor authentication code available in your Google Authenticator app will be required to log in to your Ciklik account.
Steps to Launch Your Site
Section titled “Steps to Launch Your Site”Step 1: Site Configuration
Section titled “Step 1: Site Configuration”Go to the Settings > My Sites section from the left column, then click on the pencil icon to access your site configuration.
Step 2: Creating Plans
Section titled “Step 2: Creating Plans”Go to the Plans > Subscription Plans section to create your plans.

Step 3: Site Customization
Section titled “Step 3: Site Customization”Customize the visual elements of your site:
- Logo and banner
- Colors and fonts
- Pages and menus
Step 4: Carrier Configuration
Section titled “Step 4: Carrier Configuration”Go to the Carriers section to configure your delivery methods.
Step 5: Gift Card Configuration
Section titled “Step 5: Gift Card Configuration”If you wish to offer gift cards, create them from the Products section.
Step 6: Email Customization
Section titled “Step 6: Email Customization”Remember to customize the content of transactional emails automatically sent to your subscribers:
Step 7: Request Plan Verification and Payment Module Activation
Section titled “Step 7: Request Plan Verification and Payment Module Activation”You are now ready to send us an email at support@ciklik.co with a request for plan verification and payment module activation.
Once this step is validated by the support team, your site is operational and ready to go live to welcome your first subscribers!
Step 8: Adding Your Site to Google Search Console
Section titled “Step 8: Adding Your Site to Google Search Console”Remember to add your site to Google Search Console.
Without this, Google may take weeks to find your site and index it in search results.
